NOAA Cloud Cover Map - A cloud-cover forcast map for WNC & upstate SC. Select the correct day by using the red arrows at the top of the left-hand column, then go down to "Sky Cover" and scroll over the time you are interested in.

Weather Forcast for Astronomy  - Canadian Meteorological Centre. This is a great one! PREDICTS cloud cover, seeing, & transparency via "in-motion" maps. The Clear Sky Clocks get their data from this site. After going to this page, choose the Cloud, Seeing, or Transparency forcast. Pick the appropriate "animation" link, depending on wheather it is before or after noon time. After all the animation pages load, advance the frames until the FOLLOWING date of the month at "00 UTC" is displayed at the top of the map. This shoud be the prediction for 7:00 pm EST that night.
